Eufet Wax

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Matthew Morgan ("the publisher") covering the Eufet Wax mobile application and any updates to it.

Your app store's own terms also apply to the download, payment and refund of the app. Where the store's rules conflict with these terms for that purpose, the store's rules take precedence.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, and old enough to operate a heated wax warmer safely and unsupervised.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Eufet Wax on devices you own or control, for your own household or small-batch use.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the app, or attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or extract its source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

All rights in the app itself — its name, screens, icons, layout, text and code — remain with the publisher. Nothing here transfers ownership of the software to you.

Shelves, jars, scents, batch numbers, blend notes, temp pins, hold timer runs and pour log entries you create are yours. The publisher claims no ownership of them and does not receive them — they are stored on your device.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, including any temperature you pin on the Temp Pin screen and any note you save in the Pour Log.

You are responsible for your own backups. Deleting a shelf or jar, or using Reset Cabinet in Settings, is permanent. The publisher holds no copy and cannot restore lost records.

If you record information belonging to someone else — for example a supplier's batch codes — you confirm you are entitled to keep that record.

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to store content that is illegal to possess.

Do not tamper with, modify or interfere with the app, its storage files or the device protections around it, and do not distribute modified builds.

Do not present the app's output as professional, laboratory or safety certification of any product you make or sell.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

The publisher does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or operating system version, or that stored records will always be preserved.

Updates, feature changes and discontinuation are at the publisher's discretion. A future operating system release may affect features such as background timing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost records, lost stock, spoiled batches, property damage or injury arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the publisher's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, or the minimum permitted by applicable law if that is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app from your device. The publisher may end it if you materially breach these terms.

These terms may be revised when the app changes. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of the page, and continued use after that date means you accept it.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Clauses that by their nature should survive — content ownership, warranty disclaimers, safety and liability — continue to apply after the agreement ends.
